At Absolute Performance, we believe it’s never too late to start moving better, feeling stronger, and living with more energy. That’s why we created the Legends Program — a CrossFit-based fitness class specifically designed for adults ages 60 and up.



This isn’t a watered-down workout. It’s smart, scalable strength and conditioning led by expert coaches who understand the unique needs of older athletes.
