Empty BB 1x5 on coach call

  • Shrug

  • High pull

  • Power snatch

  • Ohd squat

 

EMOM x 5

5 OHD squats w. Pause in hole (empty BB or PVC)

Increasing by 2 each round

Version #2: 

2 Knee Raise to KB 

2 Wall Ball or MB Thruster 

2 Kneeling Pushup
