Min 3: 30s SU/DU/linehop

Min 4:reverse lunge x 5 ea with twist

 

WOD: 20 min AMRAP

CrossFit Version

Odd: 40 DU

Even: 10 Burpees 

 

Fundamentals: 

Odd: 30-40 SU/PSU

Even: 10 Squat Thrusts/Mod Burpees
