If you have a BB:

4x5 Conv Stance Deadlift + Feet ELev Side Plank x20-30s ea

 

If you have a DB/KB:

4x8-10 Tempo KB/DB RDL (313) + Feet Elev Side Plank x20-30s ea

 

No Equipment:  

4x8-10 Backpack RDL (313) + Feet Elev Side Plank x20-30s ea 

 

WOD: 5 Rounds

20 Burpee

20 KB/DB Swing/Backpack Swing 

20 Box Jump/Box or Chair Step-Up 

20 Situps 

 

Modifications

  1. KB/DB Swing - Backpack Swing

  2. Box Jump - Box or Chair Step-up - Stair Step-Up 

  3. Situps - Alt BW V-Ups
