BB oly w/u x 5

FR shld flexion x 5 ea btwn sets

 

Strength: 3x3 OHD squat

RPE 7

 

WOD: 3-4 RNFT

farmer carry x 100 yd

Single Leg SB Ham Curls x 6-8 each or 2 Leg SB Ham Curls x12-15
