6 Week Nutrition Course

Hey AP Nation, Friends, Family, and newcomers 

 

We are very excited to get this years Nutrition course out to everyone. This year will be much more focused on education, how to's, and consistent habits rather than a 6 week diet. We want lasting results and we know you do to, both in the gym and outside of it!! Remember, it all starts with consistency. Consistency with 3-4 meals per day. Consistency with 7+ hours of sleep. And yes, consistency in the gym as well. The focus is on you this year and whether you are an avid member of the gym who trains 3-5x per week or someone who has never been here or to any gym we can help. We are a family and we want to do this together and not just shred weight for the summer, yes that is a goal. Instead, we want to see lasting results that will help you get and keep the results and the type of eating that will sustain good health, body fat, and lean muscle for years to come. 

 

So if your interested in a long lasting change, a great program, and great coaches/athletes to do it together with ....Come to the FREE meeting tomorrow Sat 5/26 at 9am. Anyone who is interested is welcome including friends, family, and even newbies. So come out, get a workout in, and stay for some great info on how to make a lasting change both in the gym and out!
