10 KB/DB swings

10 Box Jumps/Box Step-Ups

Buy out: 50 alt reverse lunges

Fundamentals:

Buy in: 25 alt reverse lunges

5 rounds:

10 KB/DB swings

10 Box Step-Ups

Buy out: 25 alt reverse lunges
